Mindful Self Compassion: March 14-May 9, 2022

The course is 8 weeks long. Here are the details:

Monday evenings, from 6:00-8:30 PM MST via Zoom.

The 4 hour retreat for this course will be offered, online, on Saturday, April 23 from 9:30-1:30 PM. *This is not a silent retreat. Rather, will include a deeper opportunity to practice the experiential practices together. No class on Monday April 18, due to Easter weekend. 

Your facilitators will be myself and Caroline Whisman-Blair, LCSW who will guide you through self compassion practices, guided meditations and inquiry within the safety and connection of a group setting. 

Course Fee:

We are offering a sliding scale fee with different rates, to allow us to offer scholarship and supportive rate options for those who require them, to make the course accessible to all who want to participate. By choosing the highest rate you are able to afford, allows us space to offer scholarships and sliding scale rates.  Please contact me directly if you would like to apply for a scholarship. These are: 

Benefactor rate: $600.00 CDN ( to allow scholarship spots).

Base rate: $500.00 CDN

Supportive rate: $400 CDN
